Authorities in Russia have arrested a suspect in connection with the assassination of Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov and his assistant, Ilya Polikarpov, who were killed in a bomb blast in Moscow on Tuesday.

The Investigative Committee of Russia reported that the suspect, a 29-year-old Uzbek national, admitted to being recruited by Ukrainian special forces to carry out the attack.
